WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
The delivery time for courier parcels is 24 hours (excluding pre-orders) plus 1–2 working days for delivery. Delivery costs start from just 16.99 zł and depend on the weight of the product ordered. For selected, small-sized products, there is also the option of delivery to InPost 24/7 parcel lockers. In this case, the delivery time is 24 hours, and the cost starts from 11.90 zł when paying by bank transfer or instant payment.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order using tpay, BLIK, PayPo, payment cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM AN ONLINE SHOP?
