Delivery Shipping is always free with us – with no minimum order value and no hidden fees. You do not have to pay anything extra for shipping, regardless of what you order.
Delivery time The total delivery time consists of the order processing time and the carrier's transit time:

Order processing: within 24 hours – we hand over the ordered goods to the carrier no later than the next business day.

Delivery by the carrier: within 3 business days from the shipping date.
For made-to-order items or pre-orders, the delivery time may be longer – up-to-date availability information can always be found in the details of the respective product (information in the store / depending on availability). Deliveries are made on business days, usually between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, depending on the location, weather conditions, and shipping company.
Shipping companies We deliver orders using trusted shipping companies: DHL, DPD, and FedEx. We select the shipping company that ensures the fastest possible delivery to the specified address. The goods are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.
Receiving your package We recommend checking the condition of the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, please prepare a damage report together with the courier describing the condition of the shipment and the circumstances of the damage, and contact us immediately at sklep@markadler.eu
