Returns

  1. Every customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Civil Code is entitled to a consumer right of return. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract for the sale of products purchased from the huzaro online shop.pl within 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, No. 827).
  2. To meet this deadline, simply send the goods using the ‘Convenient Returns’ form available on our website under the ‘Returns’ tab, to the following address:

  3. Once you have completed form 2 and posted the parcel, details of the return will be sent to our email inbox.
  4. Returns can also be made in person at Meester Group Sp. z o.o., 42 Kotowo Street, 60-009 Poznań, Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 16.00.
  5. The customer is obliged to return or hand over the goods to the seller without delay, and in any event no later than within 14 days from the date on which they notified the seller of their withdrawal from the contract.
  6. The product should be returned in perfect condition. If the product is damaged, the Customer should inform the Seller of this in advance by sending a message via the contact form available under the ‘Contact’ tab. A refund will be issued immediately, but no later than within 14 days of the date on which the Customer, as a consumer, withdraws from the contract, by bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods have been received.
  7. Returned goods must be complete, show no signs of use and be in the manufacturer’s original, undamaged packaging. Please enclose the original sales receipt with the returned goods. The Customer (Consumer) is obliged to secure the goods being returned properly to prevent them from being damaged in transit. If the goods delivered are incomplete, damaged or show signs of use beyond normal wear and tear, the Seller reserves the right to claim financial compensation or damages from the Customer (Consumer), to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  8. IMPORTANT! The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract is excluded where: the subject of the sale is a non-manufactured item, produced to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs, as well as in other cases specified in Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 24 June 2014). This also applies to unsealed oral irrigators and other hygiene products.
  9. IMPORTANT! The consumer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods to the seller
  10. IMPORTANT! Goods returned should not show any signs of use. Meester Group Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to deduct part of the refund amount if the returned goods do show such signs.
  11. IMPORTANT! Goods being returned must be properly secured by the Consumer for the duration of transport. Meester Group Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to deduct part of the refund amount if the returned goods are damaged in transit as a result of them not being adequately secured.
